This chutney rich in almonds is not only tasty but is also full of protein, healthy fat and nutrients. You can serve it with dosa, idli, paratha or snacks and the best thing is that this almond chutney will be ready in just a few minutes.

Material

Almonds – Take accordingly

Green Chilli – 5 to 6

Garlic – 8 to 10 buds

Green Coriander – 100 grams

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Sugar – 1 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Method

Soak almonds in water or put it in a mixer without soaking.

Add green chillies, garlic, coriander, lemon juice, sugar, salt.

Grind all the ingredients well and prepare smooth sauce.

Store the sauce in airtight compartment.

If you want, you can also apply a little tempering on top.
