Patna: Under the “Bihar Land Survey-2025” campaign being run by the Government of Bihar, the last date for submission of self-declaration form was fixed on 31 March 2025, but now it has been extended. This decision has brought relief to the ryots who had not yet submitted their survey form.
Currently, the survey portal is open and all the ryot (land holders) can upload their self -proclaimed letter through online. Also, the facility of submission of offline form is also available for those for which online medium is not comfortable. People can submit their documents by going to special survey camps in rural and urban areas.
Digital process is getting boost
This time the state government is working towards making the land survey process completely digital. The landowners have been requested to scan their land documents and prepare them as a PDF file and upload it on the portal. This will maintain transparency and reduce land disputes.
Caution and awareness important
Officials said that this campaign is not only to prepare the land records, but it is also aimed at preventing land disputes in future and strengthening the e-compatible system. Therefore, all the ryots have been appealed to fill and submit the form in time.
The portal will be open for a few days more
Although the last date has been extended, this portal will not be open forever. It will remain active only for a few days, in such a situation, the ryots are requested not to delay and submit the form as soon as possible, so that no problem has to be faced later.
