Mumbai Superstar Mohanlal tweeted a heartwarming photo of himself kissing his wife Suchitra and showing her how much he cares as they commemorated 37 years of love and togetherness.
The photo was posted by Mohanlal on Instagram. The celebrity can be seen smiling and tenderly kissing his wife’s cheek in the picture.
He put, “Happy Anniversary, Dearest Suchi,” as the caption. Always thankful for you, always yours.
Mohanlal wed Suchitra, the daughter of Tamil cinema producer K. Balaji, in 1988. The pair has two kids, Vismaya and Pranav. Pranav made his acting debut in Mohanlal’s 2001 film Onnaman.
Over the course of his four-decade career, the 64-year-old Mohanlal has appeared in over 400 films. For his services to Indian film, he was honored with the Padma Bhushan in 2001 and the Padma Shri in 2001. He was given the honorary title of lieutenant colonel in the Territorial Army in 2009, making him the first actor in India to get this distinction.
On April 25, the actor gave a speech on his movie Thudarum and thanked everyone for their kind feedback.
The actor said on his X, “The love and heartfelt response for #Thudarum has truly humbled and moved me.” I can’t quite put into words how much each message and expression of gratitude has moved me.
He continued by saying, “I want to thank you for accepting this narrative with such grace, for recognizing its spirit, and for opening your hearts to it. I am not the only one who is grateful. It is the property of each and every individual that accompanied me on this trip, contributing their love, energy, and soul to each frame.
“To Renjith M, Tharun Moorthy, KR Sunil, Shobhana, Binu Pappu, Prakash Varma, Shaji Kumar, Jakes Bejoy and our extraordinary team — your artistry and passion made Thudarum what it is,” Mohanlal said.
The actor emphasized that Thudarum was created with intention, attention, and most importantly, truth.
“It is more than a delight to witness it strike such a deep chord. It really is a boon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. “Always with love and gratitude,” he concluded.
