New Delhi : Online Food delivery platform Zammeto is in the news these days. Jameto CEO Deepinder Goyal has recently dismissed the serious allegations made by an internal whistleblore as a completely nonsense. This whislabloor has claimed in the post on Redite that the company is currently passing through internal crisis, causing a fall in pressure, toxic work culture and market share on the employees working in the company. In this case, CEO Deepinder Goyal himself has come forward and clarified.
In this post shared on Redite, the company has been accused that Jomento is losing market shares compared to its competition, such as Swiggy and Jepto Cafe. In response to this, employees working in the company have been ordered to be done at least 7 orders every month from Jomedo and banned orders from Competitive platforms. Also, the post includes many more claims including the dismissal of ex -food delivery head Rakesh Ranjan from the sudden work.
According to some media reports, there has been a possibility of serious trouble in the company by a recent internal whistleblower in Jomedo, which has been completely nonsense by CEO Deepinder Goyal. The controversy came out via a post on the Redite, in which an employee of Jomedo has questioned the company's work culture and competition.
The whistlebloor claimed that Jomento is losing market shares compared to its competitions, such as Jepto Cafe and Swigy. In response to this, employees were asked to place at least 7 orders from Jomato every month and banned for ordering from Competitive Platforms. In addition, in the post, the company's internal culture was described as toxic and alleged that former CEO of Food delivery vertical Rakesh Ranjan was removed immediately after a town hall meeting.
