Clive Owen has sparked health concerns among his fans after being spotted on crutches in the Our Farm Next Door trailer. The beloved family show, Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids, is set to return to screens tonight, with the Owen clan taking on further renovations of Anty John's.

A snippet from tonight's episode, shared on Instagram, saw viewers voicing their worries for Clive as he discussed his recent hip surgery.

Wise Owl Films captioned the Instagram post: "In the opening episode of our new series, as he recovers from a hip operation, Clive contemplates a future where he can put his feet up...but will Miles and Sid really buy into his succession plans? Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids - starts tomorrow on More4 at 9pm."

In the footage, Clive is seen directing his sons in managing the farm during his recovery period. Despite his situation, Clive maintained his sense of humour, confessing, "I have definitely been a horrible patient because I am impatient."

He expressed gratitude towards his sons, saying, "I couldn't have managed without these lads to do what needed doing. So yeah, they have done very well," reports Leeds Live.

Looking ahead, Clive suggested that his sons might continue to take charge: "It means from now on they needn't hand the reins back to me, they can just carry on."

"I could find myself redundant," he quipped, before turning to his son and asking, "What do you think, Miley?"

He highlighted the essence of family farming: "That is what family farms are all about, everybody has to help."

Concerned fans quickly filled the comment section, with one remarking: "You can see the pain he is in."

Another responded, echoing the sentiment: "Yeah, he looks like he's in a lot of pain, poor Clive."

Fans have been pouring in with messages of concern and support for Clive Owen after his recent surgery. One follower queried, "Is that a knee replacement or the other hip?"

Another expressed hope on a Facebook fan page: "Hope Clive is getting there after his hip op."

Admirers of the family's resilience added, "Such a great dad and his boys are helping him," and wishes for a speedy recovery were shared: "Aw hope Clive gets better soon."

Tonight's episode promises to delve into the ongoing challenges faced by Amanda Owen and her brood as they transform an old farmhouse into a modern home.

The official synopsis teases: "Amanda Owen and her family continue the task of turning an abandoned farmhouse into a 21st-century home.

"As Swaledale basks in the summer glow, the Owens mark a year into the renovation of Anty John's, with Richard the builder and the family still having their work cut out for them.

"While the children relish their summer holidays with picnics and stream adventures, Clive faces a setback, recuperating from a hip operation."
