JKSSB JE Civil Recruitment 2025: JKSSB has released a notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Public Works (R&B) Department and Jal Shakti Department under Advertisement No. 03 of 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on the official website () from 5 May to 3 June 2025.

The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board will fill 508 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in PWD and Jal Shakti Department. Out of these, 150 posts will be filled in Public Works (R&B) Department and 358 posts under Jal Shakti Department.

Domicile
Candidates willing to apply for the above posts must be domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates must have a valid domicile certificate issued by the competent authority before the last date of online application. Applications without valid domicile documents will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in both the departments (PWD and Jal Shakti) should have a three-year diploma in civil engineering from a government recognized institute, or a degree in civil engineering from a recognized Indian university. In addition, candidates who have passed AMIE (Section A & B) India will also be considered eligible.

Age Limit: Age will be calculated based on 1 January 2025. The maximum age limit for Open Merit (OM) and Government Service/Contractual employees has been fixed at 40 years. This limit is 48 years for ex-servicemen and 42 years for physically handicapped candidates. At the same time, the maximum age limit for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), ST-1, ST-2, RBA, ALC/IB, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Class (OBC) candidates has been fixed at 43 years.

After this, on the homepage, go to the login tab.
Now click on the application link for Junior Engineer Civil posts under Advertisement No. 03/2025.
Register yourself and login to the portal
Now fill out the form, pay the application fee and submit the form.
Finally, take a printout for future reference.
