This year, a total of 4,27,021 students took the SSLC examination, which ran from March 3 to 26. The tests took place at 2,964 centres in Kerala, nine in Lakshadweep, and seven in the Gulf area. Of the total applicants, 1,42,298 came from government schools, 2,55,092 from government-aided institutions, and 29,631 from unaided schools. Additionally, 447 candidates sat the exam from Lakshadweep centres, while 682 conducted it in Gulf countries.
