Within a space of three days, the 14-year old Vaibhav Suryvanshi prodigy learnt the harsh lesson that cricket is a great leveller. On April 28, Suryavanshi became the talk of the town as he smashed a 35-ball ton against Gujarat Titans which made him the youngest centurion in T20 cricket and he also broke the record for the fastest century by an Indian in IPL.

Three days later, at the same Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Vaibhav Suryavanshi registered a 2-ball duck in Match 50 against Mumbai Indians and the youngster was distraught not want ing to leave the field in disappointment.
Now, a video has emerged of Vaibhav Suryavanshi's dismissal where all the MI players seemed ecstatic upon getting the youngster out in the first over itself but former MI captain Rohit Sharma can be seen ambling around and not really celebrating the wicket. Rohit Sharma was fielding at the short third man area as Suryavanshi got caught at mid-on and was the last one to join into MI's celebratory huddle. He can be seen walking slowly past the 14-year old and not running towards the fielder Will Jacks like every other MI player did.

Rohit Sharma had also put up a story for Vaibhav Suryavanshi after the 14-year old shattered the record books with his 35-ball century against GT. Rohit shared a photo of Vaibhav raising his bat to the crowd while walking off and captioned it as "Class 👌" while tagging the teenager as well.
