Career Desk: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to conduct NEET UG exam across the country on Sunday 4 May. The exam will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. More than 22 lakh students will participate in this examination being conducted for 2.5 lakh seats of different medical courses. Students should carefully read NTA guidelines before appearing in the examination. Large action will be taken if the rules are not followed.

NEET UG exam 2025 is going to be held on 4 May. The exam will be held at different centers from 2 pm to 5 pm. All the necessary guidelines regarding the examination have already been issued by the NTA. Guidelines and dress code information for NEET exam have also been uploaded on the website by NTA.

Today, NEET (UG) will conduct 2025 examinations in 5453 centers and 13 cities across the country. For which the National Testing Agency has advised to beware of rumors and misinformation about NEET UG 2025. Nta

Close guidelines issued by NTA

  • Wear half sleeve and light colored clothes
  • Do not come to the exam center wearing traditional or religious dress
  • Women candidates should avoid wearing jewelery, earrings, nose ring, pendant and other decorative items
  • Metal items like clock, bracelet are not allowed
  • Wear slippers or low heel sandals, do not wear shoes and go to the center

Guidelines for admit card

  • Passport size photo with the printout of the admit card
  • Passport size photo should be the same as a photo pasted on the application form
  • Called identity proofs like PAN card, Aadhaar card, driving license, voter ID card, passport, ration card, 12th grade admit card etc.
  • Do not sign the admit card in the absence of examination inspectors.

This year, more than 22.7 lakh students have registered for NEET examination. A day before the examination, mock drills were successfully conducted at all centers so that the examination could be conducted safely and smoothly. Tight security arrangements have been made at the examination centers. The network will remain closed at a distance of 200 meters from the center. Strict action will be taken against those who spread rumors.
