Important Guidelines

Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued important guidelines regarding the upcoming preliminary written examination. The commission has clearly told all the candidates that they should read all the important information carefully before the examination and follow the instructions, so that there is no problem in future.

Exam center information and e-admit card: The commission has said that the candidates should check the downloaded e-admit card carefully and ensure that the information given in it matches the exam center list. Also, it has been instructed that the candidates should keep their admit card safe even after the examination, as it may be required at the time of the main examination, physical efficiency test, document verification, and final appointment.

Caution is necessary on OMR sheet: The commission has clarified that in the written examination, many times the candidates do not fill in the necessary information like roll number, question paper number, paragraph writing, and signature correctly in the OMR-based answer sheet, due to which their candidature is canceled and their answer sheet cannot be evaluated. Keeping this in mind, the commission has made available the Specimen Copy of the instructions given on the OMR sheet on the website, so that the candidates can practice it before the examination.

Sitting on the right seat is mandatory: During the written examination, candidates must sit at the designated place according to the name, photo, and roll number printed on the roll number sticker. In case of any mistake or interchange, their candidature will be canceled.

Timely reporting is necessary: The reporting time at the examination centers has been fixed at 08:30 am. Entry into the examination center will be given only till 09:30 am. After this, no candidate will be allowed entry, no matter what the situation.
