The National Commission for Women has taken cognizance of the criticism of Himanshi Narwal. Women's Commission Chairperson Vijay Rahatkar has called the comments being made against Himanshi unfortunate.

Some people are trolling Himanshi, wife of Haryana's Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, who lost his life in the Pahalgam terror attack, on social media. Himanshi Narwal had given a statement on this attack a few days ago, due to which she is being criticized. The National Commission for Women has taken cognizance of the criticism being made on Himanshi. National Commission for Women Chairperson Vijay Rahatkar, while writing a post on the social media platform X, has called the comments being made against Himanshi unfortunate.

Vijay Rahatkar wrote in a social media post- Many citizens of the country were killed in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. In this attack, Lieutenant Vinay Narwal was shot dead along with others after asking him about his religion. The entire country is hurt and angry by this terrorist attack.

After the death of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal, the way his wife Himanshi Narwal is being criticized on social media in relation to one of her statements is unfortunate.

Perhaps her reaction might not have gone down well with the angry people. But any kind of agreement or disagreement should always be expressed with decency and within constitutional limits. It is not right to troll a woman on the basis of her ideological expression or personal life. The dignity and respect of every woman is valuable.

It is known that Himanshi Narwal, who lost her husband in the Pahalgam terror attack, recently said that those who killed her husband should be punished. But Muslims and Kashmiris should not be targeted because of this.

Himanshi further said that we want peace. Those who have done wrong to Vinay Narwal should be punished. Vinay Narwal's wife Himanshi is being trolled on social media for this statement.
