Eddie Hall has been filmed in a heated confrontation, chasing after a car and threatening its passengers following an altercation near his home. The 23-stone athlete, aged 37, was caught on camera in a state of fury as he engaged with the individuals inside a BMW 4x4, eventually giving chase when they tried to drive away.
The super-heavyweight, who recently made an explosive entry into professional MMA with a swift 30-second knockout of Mariusz Pudzianowski, was recorded in a fierce exchange with the driver in footage that has since spread online. Authorities are currently looking into the matter. In the video, Hall can be heard shouting: "Why are you sat here then?
"F*** off or I'll do you all." He is also seen gesturing towards what appears to be his home, before adding: "I couldn't give a f***, what about my f****** kids?"
With muscles on full display and clad in a tank top, shorts, and slip-on shoes, Eddie races after the fleeing vehicle, hurling insults as he goes. He then yells down the street: "Get out. Get out then, you f****** p***k. I'll f****** rip your head, I'll twist your f****** head off. All of you get out. I'll rip off all your heads off you f****** p***ks."
The startling scene was captured by another motorist, also driving a BMW, who provided a running commentary during the incident until he departed the scene, prompted by the sound of his child crying. In the footage, the man says: "Fatty's just had a meal and scared my daughter... Eddie Hall."
As tensions boil over, the man can then be heard saying: "What the f***? Yo, he is mad. What the f*** man? He's just tried grabbing me out the car." He then adds: "He's just tried grab me out the car. He come, I was just sat there on my phone. He scared Marnie."
The video then shows Eddie retrieving his shoe and moving away from the scene towards a blonde woman. Eddie's fans have been quick to leap to his defence on social media.
One advocate insinuated the altercation was merely: "Professional wind-up merchants getting clickbait footage." While others joined in with comments like: "Nah both cars are d*** heads. Sat outside his house, doesn't know you or your intentions, and you're winding him up."
Another wrote: "You brought your kids along as well. You should have just driven off, but you decided to film it. Bottom of the barrel behaviour." Signifying the gravity of the situation, Staffordshire Police confirmed: "We were called to an address on Seabridge Lane in Newcastle-under-Lyme at 8.55pm on Monday (5 May) following reports of an assault.
"A man approached a car that was parked nearby and shouted at the driver. It is reported that the man tried to open the door of the car when it started to drive away.
"Our enquiries are ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to get in touch by calling 101 or using Live Chat on our website, quoting incident 678 of 5 May." Eddie's representatives have been contacted for comment.
