Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL) has released the recruitment notification for Engineer posts. A total of 49 Engineer (ITS) E-1 grade posts are to be filled through the recruitment drive. Interested candidates having the required qualification can apply for these posts by June 2. The vacancies for various categories are as follows.

Unreserved (UR): 21 posts

OBC (NCL): 13 posts

SC: 07 posts

ST: 03 posts

EWS: 05 posts

Apart from this, 1 post is reserved for PwBD (disabled candidates).

This is the educational qualification and age limit.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering in Information Technology / Computer. Science/Electronics and Communication/Electrical/Instrumentation/Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, or a combination of any one of the above engineering branches, is required from a recognized university/institute. Talking about age, the age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years.

This is how the selection will be done, and this much salary will be given.

The selection process will be done based on the merit of a valid GATE score of the year 2025. IHMCL may adopt shortlisting criteria to limit the number of candidates for interaction/interview to a reasonable number in any manner to be decided by the selection committee. Selected candidates will get a salary (Rs 40000-140000) with IDA pattern. The initial monthly salary for the post of Engineer (ITS) in E-1 IDA grade is around Rs 84,000, which includes dearness allowance, cafeteria allowance, house rent allowance etc. Annual CTC is around Rs 11 lakh.
