New Delhi: Tamil Nadu education minister, Anbil Mahesh, has announced that the TN Class 12th supplementary exams will be held from May 25. Students can apply for the Tamil Nadu Class 12 supplementary exams 2025 through their respective schools.

The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu, will release the TN 12th supplementary public exam timetable 2025 tomorrow, May 9. Students can check the datasheet of the exam on the official website of the board, dge.tn.gov.in.

The minister stated, “The second chance to improve and clear the higher secondary exam is given to reduce the drop rate.”

Who can appear for the TN Class 12 compartment exam?

Students who failed in one or two subjects can apply and appear for the TN 12th compartment exam 2025. The supplementary exam application process will start on May 16. Students who failed in more than two subjects will have to appear for all the exams next year.

TN Board Class 12th Supplementary Exam 2025: Steps to apply online

The below-mentioned steps need to be followed to apply for the TN 12th supplementary exam-

  • Step 1: First of all, go to the official website of the board, dge.tn.gov.in
  • Step 2: Next, click on the “TN 12th Supplementary Registration Form 2025” link available on the homepage.
  • Step 3: Download the form and take a hard copy of it.
  • Step 4: Fill out the form and then submit it to the school authorities.

The board will upload the Class 12 statement of marks on May 12. Students can apply for the scanned copy of TN HSE answer sheet between May 13 to May 17.

TN Class 12 Result 2025

DGE, Tamil Nadu announced the TN 12th Class result 2025 today at 9 AM. Students can check their result at dge.tn.gov.in or tnresults.nic.in. The registration number and date of birth are required to log in and check the result online.
