Suriya ’s latest film ' Retro ', directed by Karthik Subbaraj , has managed to achieve remarkable commercial success despite receiving mixed reviews. The film has reportedly crossed Rs 100 crore at the box office in just 8 days of its relase. Riding on this success, Suriya has made a generous contribution of Rs 10 crore from the film’s profits to his Agaram Foundation , which supports underprivileged students in accessing quality education.
