Lloyds Bank is shutting another eight branches next week as part of a huge string of closures this month. The high street lender is saying goodbye to 27 branches in total this month, including seven that have already now closed.
says the closures are down to more people using its online services - but the news of more banks disappearing will be disappointing for those who rely on in-person support.
There are some options if your bank is closing. Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of customers can use branches across any of the three banks for everyday banking, as these are all part of the same group.

You can also check if there is a "banking hub" near you, where you can visit a "community banker" for help with certain services.
"Banking hubs" are located in shared public spaces on the high street, such as libraries or communities, for customers who need to speak to someone face-to-face.
Each bank will take it in turns on a different day to occupy the "banking hub" space, but you don't necessarily need to be a customer of that particular bank to use some of the services.
Lloyds customers can also the Post Office for paying in and withdrawing cash, checking your balance, and depositing cheques. Here are the latest bank closures.
Lloyds Bank branches closing next weekIt comes after Lloyds announced that all Club Lloyds customers will be able to use their debit card to make purchases or withdraw cash anywhere in the free of charge.
This applies when you pay in the local currency - if you choose to pay in pound sterling, you may still be charged. Club Lloyds is a type of packaged bank account that gives you additional perks in exchange for a monthly fee.
For example, you can choose between a Disney+ subscription, six cinema tickets, a magazine subscription, or 25% off certain food and drink brands.
