The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has officially released the notification for the UKPSC Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Preliminary Exam 2025. Candidates aspiring to join the state civil services can now apply online through the official website.

How to Apply for UKPSC Pre 2025

Follow these steps to register:

  • Visit the official UKPSC website:

  • Click on the “Latest Notices” section on the homepage.

  • Find and click on “Combined State Civil Upper Subordinate Services Exam 2025 (UKPSC Pre 2025)”.

  • Register by entering the required details.

  • Complete the application form and submit the required documents.

  • Make the fee payment online and take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.

  • Application Fee
    • General/OBC/EWS: ₹166.36

    • SC/ST: ₹76.36

    • PwD (Persons with Disabilities): ₹16.36
      All payments must be made through online modes.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification:
    Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

    Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025):

    • Minimum Age: 21 years

    • Maximum Age: 42 years
