In April, the funds were credited on the 16th, raising concerns among many women. But this change is now seen as a permanent adjustment, not a one-time delay.

Under the Ladli Behna Yojana, eligible women between the ages of 21 and 59 years receive ₹1250 every month directly in their bank accounts.
