CBSE Board Results Announcement

The results for the CBSE Board examinations for both 10th and 12th grades have been released. Students can access their results through the official websites: cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.


Revaluation and Rechecking Process

Following the announcement of results, the CBSE will initiate the application process for revaluation and rechecking by the end of May. Students wishing to have their marks reassessed can submit an application along with a fee that varies from Rs 100 to Rs 700, depending on the nature of the request.


Compartment Exam 2025

Students who do not pass in one or two subjects will have the opportunity to take compartment exams. These exams are scheduled for July, with results expected to be released in August.


Compartment exams, also known as supplementary exams, allow students to retake the subjects they did not pass while retaining the subjects they successfully cleared.


The specific dates for these exams will be announced after the Class 10 and 12 results are published. Typically, these exams occur in July or August, and students must pay a fee to participate in the same academic year.


How to Check the Compartment Exam Date Sheet

Step 1: Visit the official CBSE website – .


Step 2: On the homepage, find the section labeled 'Latest Notification.'


Step 3: Click on the link for either 'CBSE 10th Compartment Exam Date Sheet 2025' or 'CBSE 12th Compartment Exam Date Sheet 2025,' depending on your grade.


Step 4: The date sheet will appear as a PDF on your screen.


Step 5: Download and save the PDF for future reference.


Eligibility for the CBSE Compartment Exam

Students who achieve less than 33% in any subject during the board exams are required to take the compartment exam to qualify. This exam is specifically for those who have failed in one or two subjects but have passed the others.
