Google has shared information about the new features of Advanced Protection. This is the strongest security system for Android, which the company has introduced keeping in mind journalists, elected officials, and celebrities. Along with this, it will be able to be used by all those users who are concerned about their security.
To enroll in Android's Advanced Protection Program, users will need two physical FIDO-compatible security keys. After this, users will have to register the main and backup security keys on the enrollment page. Upon completion of registration, users will need a security key and password to sign in.
Some more security features have been included in Advanced Protection. These include limited installation outside the Play Store, theft detection, offline device lock, and spam and scam protection features in Google Messages.

Users will also get a new Intrusion Logging feature in Android 16. This feature will secure device login in the cloud environment. Along with this, with the help of USB Protection feature, users will be able to enable USB connection only for charging. With this, users will be able to protect their devices from physical attacks.
Talking about the new feature of Advanced Protection, it will prevent the device from auto reconnecting to the insecure Wi-Fi network, which will reduce the chances of the device being hacked.
