Bill Belichick's relationship with Jordon Hudson is said to be turning 'sour', with the NFL icon reportedly thinking about dumping her. The couple, , began dating in 2023 after meeting on a flight to Florida two years earlier.

Last month, 24-year-old Hudson interrupted an interview Belichick was doing with CBS Sunday Morning after taking exception to a question about how they met. She then stormed out of the room, despite the fact she wasn't being interviewed, with the chat subsequently delayed for half an hour. Belichick later claimed that CBS were only supposed to talk about a book he was promoting, but the network insisted he had agreed to a "wide-ranging interview" with "no preconditions or limitations."

According to the , insiders have maintained that 73-year-old Belichick is allowing his girlfriend to take the reins in the hope her behaviour is something she will grow out of.

But the North Carolina head coach is said to be "very upset" with Hudon's actions in recent weeks and is "very disappointed" with the fallout from the CBS saga.

And a source told the publication: "He is clearly thinking about breaking up with her. That is on the table and he doesn't feel the same about her in the last few weeks.

"He is a chill guy that doesn't want too much attention and that loves some independence and not being taken advantage of or treated like a kid or told what to do 24/7."

The friend added: "Bill just wants a simple life. He doesn't want his relationships to be under the public spotlight."

Belichick won the Super Bowl a record six times as head coach of the New England Patriots and achieved the feat on two more occasions during his time as defensive coordinator of the New York Giants.

He took on his current role with North Carolina last December after leaving the Patriots 11 months earlier.

And the legendary coach is said to have a net worth of more than £50million after beginning his coaching career half a century ago.

"He is deeply disappointed by what happened lately and by the fact that she also doesn't seem to be worried or concerned about all these controversies," added a second source.

"He feels now that she is pretty immature and selfish and many things.

"And he is taking a step back as he was without her for a few days lately, wanting to take some space and not have to interact with her."
