People who are troubled by this problem do not understand what they should do, because such cases continue in the court for a long time. Take help of legal provisions

Under the law, any property owner can take legal action to remove illegal possession from his land. Under special legal provisions you can succeed in getting your assets back. These laws have been made to protect your hard -earned money.

Release the case under these sections

If someone has illegally occupied your land, then immediately go to the police station and file a complaint. FIR is registered in such cases under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

If someone has made fake documents of your land or property, a case can be filed under Section 467 of the IPC in such cases. Also, if your land is sold illegally, you can still take legal action.
