MetLife stated on Friday that it was expanding its business in India by establishing technology centers in Pune and Hyderabad. This action reaffirms the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering quality, development, and digital innovation across MetLife’s worldwide network.
The first group of technical associates started in April. In order to advance solution delivery and improve the customer experience, the teams will be crucial in promoting the use of cutting-edge analytics and new technologies. They will also keep contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge skills in cloud migration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure modernization.
The India operations will be referred to as the MetLife Global Capability Center (MGCC), in addition to the current MetLife teams that have operated out of Noida and Jaipur for over ten years. Serving more than 90 million consumers in more than 40 nations, they will function as an extension of MetLife’s Global Technology and Operations team. Ashish Srivastava, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, MGCC, said, “With our new identity, our focus will be on executing end-to-end technology-based services and solutions that will drive significant value and growth for the company and opportunities for our employees.”
