Final Destination: Bloodlines earned Rs. 5.25 crore (USD 625K) on its first day in India. Adding to it, the film made Rs. 30 lakh from terrific midnight previews. This ranks the film relishing the fourth-highest opening day for a Hollywood horror film in India, after the much loved Conjuring franchise.

Notably, Bloodlines has emerged as the highest-grossing Final Destination film in India, this year, in merely two days in release. The franchise has earned a good reputation in India, however could radiate a massive impact, until now. The initial instalment in 2011, gained just Rs. 7.65 crore in the domestic theaters.
