The one word answer to the same is Chika Takishi. For those who don't know him, he is the captain of the Noroshi gang that has been introduced in the manga and will be shows later in the anime as well. He has an aura so different that his presence on the battlefield could disturb the opponent's whole environment. And he possesses modern fighting skills coupled with a lot of practice.
As for the events going on in manga, Hajime Umemiya, who is the leader of Bofurin, has also not defeated Chika Takishi and always praises the latter for his strength and other qualities. Furthermore, the protagonist of the show, Haruka Sakura, is also way behind Chika Takishi in terms of strength and technique. As of now, he is only trying to match the level of the Noroshi boss.
