Gorakhpur International Cricket Stadium: The fourth International Cricket Stadium of UP will be built in Gorakhpur at a cost of Rs 236 crore. The process of putting the dream project of CM Yogi on the ground has started. Construction will be completed in 18 months on 50 acres of land in Tal Nadore. This two -storey stadium will have 7 main and 4 practice pitches, whose audience capacity will be more than 30 thousand.

The stadium will adhere to global standards including ICC and will be suitable for organizing cricket as well as other big programs. Connectivity will be available through the main connectivity route from the Gorakhpur-Varanasi highway. Apart from this, this stadium will be located at a distance of 23.6 km from the airport, 22 km from Raptinagar bus stand and 20.8 km from Gorakhpur Junction.

After Kanpur and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, this new stadium will be built in Gorakhpur, while the stadium under construction in Varanasi will also be operational soon. The UP Planning Department has prepared a detailed blueprint for the construction of the stadium, which will be a big achievement for the sports talents of the state.
