Cannes, Cannes: Actor Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khattar, along with others, attracted everyone’s attention in Cannes 2025, when he walked on the red carpet before the much awaited premiere of his film ‘Homebound’ at the prestigious film festival. Actor Vishal Jethwa and director Neeraj Ghaywan as well as producer Karan Johar also attended this big premiere. This was also the first Cannes presentation of Janhvi, Ishaan, Vishal and Karan. This is a special comeback for Ghevan, as his film Masan, which was in the lead role, was also released in Cannes and won the award in the same category in 2015.

Janhvi Tarun Tahiliani’s custom pink gown looked very beautiful and unrealistic. Structured outfits with soft drapes and elegant hoods gave her a princess -like attraction. Johar chose a dramatic white dress designed by Manish Malhotra. The look included a high-collar, cape-style jacket with silver embellishment and flowing sleeves. With black pants and statement glasses, Karan added a royal touch to the red carpet.

Khattar looked gorgeous in the velvet Bandgala designed by Gaurav Gupta. The entire team looked fully ready for this big occasion. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawala, Apoorva Mehta and Somen Mishra. Co-producers include Marijke de Suja and Melita Toscan Do Plantar. Veteran filmmaker Martin Scorscie has also appeared as the acting producer of the film. Apart from homebound, veteran filmmaker Satyajit Ray’s Aranyar Din Raat and Anupam Kher directed Tanvi The Great were also released in Cannes last week.
