Up IAS Transfer: The Uttar Pradesh government has made a major administrative reshuffle late on Tuesday night. 14 IAS and 6 PCS officers have been transferred in the state. The government has tried to further improve administrative functioning in the districts through this change.

Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Primary and Secondary Education Deepak Kumar has now been given additional charge of Agriculture Production Commissioner. Till now this responsibility was with Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh.

Siddharthnagar CDO becomes Mrunali Avinash Joshi

Jayendra Kumar, CDO of Siddharthnagar, has been made the Chief Executive Officer and Municipal Commissioner Ayodhya of Ayodhya Tirtha Development Council. Mrunali Avinash Joshi, who was currently Joint Magistrate Gorakhpur, will now be the CDO of Siddharthnagar. Ravindra Kumar, who was Special Secretary and Charitable Affairs Director in the Department of Culture, will now play the role of Special Secretary in the Department of Agriculture, Marketing, Foreign Trade and Agriculture Education and Research.

Mangala Prasad will take over Ballia

Under the transfers, Hardoi District Magistrate Mangla Prasad Singh has been made the new DM of Ballia. Ballia DM Praveen Kumar Lakshkar has been posted as Joint Managing Director of Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam Urban. At the same time, DM Anunay Jha of Maharajganj will now be the District Magistrate of Hardoi. Ayodhya Tirtha Development Council CEO and Municipal Commissioner Ayodhya Santosh Kumar Sharma has been made the District Magistrate of Maharajganj.

Apoorva Dubey has been made Director Suda, Kuldeep Meena as Vice President of Aligarh Vipra, Nisha has been made CDO Bulandshahr and Prerna Sharma has been made Special Secretary Horticulture and Food Processing Department. Apart from this, Gyanendra Singh, who was still the Joint Managing Director of Jal Nigam Urban, has been made the new District Magistrate of Pilibhit. At the same time, Pilibhit DM Sanjay Kumar Singh has been appointed as Special Secretary Culture Department and Director Charitable work.

6 PCS officers also transferred

The government has also transferred 6 PCS officers. Himanshu Verma has been given the responsibility of ADM Finance Gorakhpur, Utkarsh Srivastava to Municipal Magistrate Gorakhpur and Alankar Agnihotri, Municipal Magistrate Bareilly, Prakash Chandra has been given the responsibility of ADM Judicial Hathras, Shiv Narayan as ADM Judicial Baghpat, Vineet Kumar Singh to ADM Nagar Ghaziabad.
