Los Angeles ‘Star Wars’ actress Natalie Portman said that she grabbed a hair keepsake from the movie at the conclusion of production 20 years ago.
When filming wrapped on ‘Episode III-Revenge of the Sith’ two decades ago, the 43-year-old actress, who played Padme Amidala in the space saga’s prequel trilogy from 1999 to 2005, claimed to have taken a piece of co-star Hayden Christensen’s hair as a memento, but she has no idea where it is now.
In an interview with the UK television program ‘This Morning’ on ITV, she stated: “At the conclusion of filming, I removed one of the Anakin braids. Since they had to do it every day, there were clearly a lot of them, and they were all clip-on devices.
“I took one of them, but I no longer have it. I went crazy. I shouldn’t have even acknowledged that.
Additionally, Portman said that she would be happy to return to “Star Wars.” which, despite the lack of discussions so far, is still growing on Disney+ and the big screen, according to femalefirst.co.uk.
“Yeah!” she added. I don’t want to generate any rumors since no one has inquired! Yes, I’m open to anything.
With her ex-husband Benjamin Millepied, Portman has a 13-year-old boy named Aleph and an 8-year-old daughter named Amalia. She said that her kids serve as the “main” source of inspiration for whatever work she does at this point in her career.
“Oh, one hundred percent!” she said. It is a major factor in my decision-making.
Guy Ritchie’s heist action adventure thriller “Fountain of Youth” is Portman’s most recent work. Arian Moayed, Laz Alonso, Carmen Ejogo, Stanley Tucci, Domhnall Gleeson, Eiza González, and John Krasinski are among its cast members.
The story revolves on two separated brothers who get together and set out to locate the fabled Fountain of Youth.
