India Post GDS 3rd Merit List 2025: The Indian Postal Department has released the third merit list of Gramin Dak Sevak 2025 recruitment. The department has released the third list for January 2025 on the official website . Candidates can download the state-wise third merit list.

The Indian Postal Department had organized this recruitment drive to fill 21413 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) / Branch Postmaster (BPM) / Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM).

State-wise merit list available on the website

Online applications for India Post GDS 2025 recruitment were invited from February 10, 2025, to March 3, 2025. Candidates who had successfully registered within the stipulated time limit and whose names did not appear in the first or second merit list can check this list to see if their name is included in it or not.

India Post GD third merit list has been declared for states like Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, North East, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.

How is the selection done?

Candidates in the India Post GDS recruitment are selected based on the circle marked by them while filling the online application and their marks in the secondary school examination. Candidates whose names are given in the third merit list will now be called for document verification in their circle.

How to download the India Post GDS merit list?

Candidates who have applied for the India Post GDS recruitment process and whose roll number is not in the first or second merit list can download the third merit list and check it. Here are the steps to check the merit list:

First of all, visit the official website of India Post indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

Click on the state for which you have applied.

Click on Schedule-III.

Ctrl+F and find your name.
Download the PDF.
Take a printout of the merit list for future reference.
