On Tuesday, V.K. Saxena, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, announced that the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will unveil a new housing initiative named 'Apna Ghar Housing Scheme, 2025' within a week. This will mark the third housing scheme introduced by the DDA this year, following the 'Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme' and the 'Shramik Housing Scheme'.
The latest initiative will offer a total of 7,500 flats across various categories including EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG in Lok Nayak Puram, Siraspur, and Narela. Booking for these flats will commence on May 27.
According to the scheme, there will be 226 flats available in the HIG category in Narela, along with approximately 482 flats in the MIG category located in both Narela and Lok Nayak Puram. The remaining 7,018 flats will cater to the EWS and lower-income groups (LIG).
