Overview of CBSE Rechecking and Revaluation

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released a notice regarding the rechecking and revaluation of answer sheets for 10th and 12th-grade students on May 19, 2025. According to the announcement, students can apply to receive scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets and can request verification or revaluation of their marks, or both. The application dates and fees vary by class.


Application Process for CBSE 10th Students

Students in the 10th grade can apply online from May 27 to June 2, 2025, to obtain scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets. The fee for each subject's scanned copy is set at ₹500. Following this, they can apply for mark verification or revaluation from June 3 to June 7, 2025, with a verification fee of ₹500 per answer book and ₹100 for each question revaluation.


Application Process for CBSE 12th Students

For 12th-grade students, the application window to obtain scanned copies of evaluated answer sheets is from May 21 to May 27, 2025, with a fee of ₹700 for each subject. Subsequently, they can apply for verification or revaluation from May 28 to June 3, 2025, with the same fee structure as the 10th grade.
