Nick Kyrgios has put his luxury Sydney apartment up for sale for a cut price of £860,000, just three years after it was bought. The former Wimbledon finalist has listed the stunning three-bedroom home just days after his split with internet personality .

The pair had been dating for four years before the split, with fans growing suspicious of their due to some clues on social media. The Australian tennis star initially sparked the rumours when he removed Hatzi's initials from his bio, and she only furthered the speculation with some cryptic videos posted online.

After posting a TikTok where she mouthed the words, "Who the f*** did I marry? So at this point in time, I have filed for divorce," Hatzi clarified the situation with to .

The 25-year-old said: "We haven’t spoken, relationships come to an end and I believe it’s for the best.

"I definitely entered the relationship with pure intentions. I loved him and thought we had a great connection. Now that I’m not travelling, I can do what I want and be fully present."

Following this split, Kyrgios, 30, looks to be getting rid of more important things in his life, including his swanky Sydney apartment which sits atop the iconic Capella building in the city centre.

The split-level home, which is on the market for a guide price of just £860,000, features a rooftop terrace and three double bedrooms which all have built-in wardrobes.

As well as this, the master bedroom features its very own ensuite bathroom and sweeping views of the downtown of Sydney.

Kyrgios' penthouse living area is also decked out with lift access, a double garage and plenty of modern appliances throughout.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, a posh kitchen island with breakfast bar seating and modern light fixtures above to give it a fresh feel.

The apartment complex itself boasts its own gym, heated outdoor pool, an on-site supermarket, sushi bar and beer garden.

Kyrgios purchased the property for just over £760,000 in 2022 and reports state it was never rented during this time – meaning the Australian likely used it as his main base in his home country.

With the apartment going up for auction next month, Kyrgios will be hoping for a quick sale as he gets back to his main job of professional tennis in the near future.

The Australian tennis star has been marred with injuries in recent years, but he will make his return to the French Open for the first time in eight years on May 25.

He will partner fellow Aussie Jordan Thompson in doubles, before heading to Stuttgart and the London’s Queen’s Club to get some practice in before Wimbledon kicks off at the end of June.
