What is the movie about?The story follows two best friends, Dreux (played by Keke Palmer) and Alyssa (played by SZA), who live in Los Angeles. Dreux is a dance teacher struggling with money, and Alyssa is a nail artist who speaks her mind. Things go wrong when Alyssa’s boyfriend disappears — along with the rent money!
With only a few hours before they’re kicked out of their apartment, the girls run around the city trying to get the money back. They face many problems — shady people, scams, emotional fights, and lots of drama. But through all the chaos, they stick together.
