The country’s well-known Auto Component Manufacturing company Bellariz Industries Limited has opened its initial public offer (IPO) to investors today, 21 May (Wednesday). This issue will be open till May 23, while the company shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on May 28.
Belarize Industries wants to collect a total of 2,150 crore capital through this public offering. For this amount, the company will issue around 23.89 crore new equity shares. The thing to note is that there is no offer for sale (offs) in this issue- that is, promoters or existing shareholders are not selling their shares.
