Given the speed at which spam and fraud cases have increased, Airtel has introduced an advanced solution on May 15, which will monitor emails, browsers, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, SMS and all over-the-top (OTT) apps and platforms and will take action on any malicious websites as soon as they are detected. This solution has been designed in such a way that it will automatically detect fraud and spam and will also block them.

This service of Airtel is free. No additional cost is being charged to the users for this. Being integrated for all Airtel mobile and broadband customers, this solution will be activated automatically. In such a situation, if an Airtel user is trying to open a website on their mobile or any other device that is malicious, then Airtel's fraud detection solution will block that page. Along with this, Airtel will also tell its users the reason for doing so.
