Carrot is full of colorful and children like. It mixes grated carrots, salt, baking powder and ghee in wheat flour. Give the dough some time and then fry it.

If you have the remaining boiled vegetables, you can make mix wedge puri. Boiled vegetables like potatoes, carrots, peas in it are mixed with salt, baking powder and ghee in wheat flour. Add water as required, then roll and fry the crisp.

Beetroot has red color and sweetness. To make it, beet puree is mixed with wheat flour, salt, baking powder and ghee and kneaded the dough. Prepare the dough and fry golden and fry golden.
