On May 23, 2025, Delhi’s gold prices fell precipitously. Based on current prices, 10 kilos of 22-carat gold are selling for Rs 89,550, down Rs 350, while 10 grams of 24-carat gold are selling for Rs 97,680, down Rs 380.

On the other hand, the price of silver is Rs. 1,000,000 per kilogram.

On the global market, the price of gold has been erratic. During the wedding season, gold prices have dropped during the last several weeks, averaging around Rs. 90,000 for 10 kilos of 24-carat gold and Rs. 100,000 for 10 grams of 22-carat gold.
