Lucknow Super Giants have already been eliminated from the playoffs of the 2025 Indian Premier League. However, Rishabh Pant, the captain of LSG, is not letting his charm fade away. Recently, a video surfaced on the internet where a fan, standing in the crowd in the airport, extended an RCB cap to Rishabh, and he happily gave an autograph on it.
While Rishabh was signing, the fan asked, Who does Rishabh think will win the IPL trophy this season?" Without taking a name, Rishabh asked it back.
"Who do you think will?"
And the fan answered with confidence that Royal Challenger Bengaluru will, as Rishabh walked away letting out a mild smile.

Despite having a heavy batting order, the injury in the bowling line-up has cost LSG a huge blow. They have started well and were still in contention until they lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad by 6 wickets on May 19. The team bounced back against Gujarat Titans on May 22; however, it won't do any good to them. Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore, under the leadership of , has been roaring high at the top of the table. With 17 points from 12 matches, RCB is ruling the second spot just below Gujarat Titans.
Notably, RCB will face LSG on May 27, the last match of the group stage, in the rescheduled Ekana Stadium, Lucknow.
