According to the official website of Canara Bank, Canara Bank offers fixed deposits to its customers for a period of 7 days to 10 years. In this, they get interest ranging from 4 percent to 7.0 percent. Senior citizens get 0.50 percent more interest on FD.

Canara Bank said that customers get the highest interest of 7.00 percent on the 444-day FD plan. Whereas senior citizens get 7.50 percent interest on this fixed deposit scheme.

Interest rates on deposits also changed.

Canara Bank has also changed the interest rates on deposits for its customers. According to the updated rates, the bank's customers will now get interest ranging from 2.70 percent to 4 percent on their different deposit amounts.
