Bad news for Trackhouse at the MotoGP British GP - potentially being left without Ai Ogura due to a physical issue.

The Japanese rider suffered a crash in the first free practice at Silverstone, which resulted in a right knee injury.

This required treatment and led him to skip the afternoon Practice, in which he completed only one lap.

So far, Ogura has been the best Aprilia rider in the 2025 season. He currently sits in tenth place in the championship and has been a regular presence in the top ten of races.

His best result was fifth place at the Thai GP, and although he hasn't repeated it, he has been consistent in his debut season. He is the second-best rookie, two positions behind Fermín Aldeguer (BK8 Gresini/Ducati).
