WHO WAS MUKUL DEV? ALL ABOUT RAHUL DEV'S ACTOR-BROTHER

Mukul Dev, who was last seen in the Hindi film Anth The End, was also the younger brother of actor Rahul Dev. Throughout his career, he impressed audiences with a wide range of performances in both films and television.

Born in New Delhi to a Punjabi family, Mukul Dev's roots traced back to a village near Jalandhar. His father, Hari Dev served as an assistant commissioner of police. Fluent in Pashto and Persian, his father played a key role in shaping Mukul's curiosity about diverse cultures.

Mukul's first step into the world of entertainment came during his school years. While still in Class 8, he earned his first paycheck by performing a Michael Jackson dance at a show organized by Doordarshan. That moment sparked a lifelong connection with performing arts.

Interestingly, before fully stepping into acting, Mukul trained to become a pilot at the prestigious Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi. However, his passion for the screen ultimately led him to the world of television and film.

He began his acting career in 1996 with the television serial Mumkin, where he played the role of Vijay Pandey. He later appeared in Ek Se Badhkar Ek, a comedy countdown show on Doordarshan, which showcased his flair for both performance and humor.

Further updates regarding the funeral arrangements are expected soon.
