Triptii responded to RGV’s message with, “Thank you sir… means a lot coming from you.” She had earlier expressed her gratitude to the team through social media, writing, “Still sinking in…So grateful to be trusted with this journey. Thank you Sandeep Vanga. Honoured to be a part of your vision.”

Spirit marks the first collaboration between Prabhas and Triptii Dimri. It is also Triptii’s second project with Vanga and producers Bhushan Kumar and Pranay Reddy Vanga after Animal. The film is going to be shot in Telugu primarily and dubbed in other pan-Indian languages. Prabhas is gearing up to wrap Hanu Raghavapudi’s period film and The Raja Saab before he joins Spirit.
