has escaped to the French Riviera as he gears up for the highly anticipated reunion tour. Last year, fans were left stunned when Liam, 52, and his brother Noel, 57, put their differences aside to announce Oasis' comeback, with a 2025 tour on the horizon.
With just weeks to go before the Oasis Live '25 Tour kicks off in Cardiff on July 4, the band has been intensively rehearsing. Meanwhile, Liam has been unwinding in the picturesque Cote d'Azur, where he's been honing his musical skills. On Saturday (May 24), Liam shared glimpses of his French retreat on , posting a selfie sporting sunglasses with the caption "Lols."
He also shared a serene photo of a house with his guitar by the door, accompanied by the phrase: "Spiritual vibrations for the whole nation" and his initials.
The brothers' infamous 2009 feud brought Oasis to an abrupt end, but they delighted fans last summer by announcing their reunion and upcoming tour. A new book about the siblings, released earlier this month, reveals that despite their past differences, they "still really love each other".
PJ Harrison's new book, The Fall and Rise of Oasis, has sparked fresh excitement with revelations from an industry insider at the band's former label Creation about the prospect of the brothers Gallagher patching things up for their much-anticipated reunion tour.
The source remarked: "It doesn't matter what the wives or the girlfriends say or what anyone else says. You will never understand the dynamic of those two boys. Ultimately, you do still really love each other."
They also suggested that it was Liam who took the initiative in mending fences with Noel for the tour to go ahead, revealing: "He's a great one for making, you know, peace. He's the one that will make the peace and bring things back together with people."
On X, Liam himself hinted at having reached out to Noel first, saying: "I called him but don't tell anyone as I don't want folk thinking I'm a soft lad and stuffs keep it between me n you cheers x."
In other Oasis news, Christian Madden was recently announced as a new addition to the band, joining them on keys for their live act.
Christian previously performed with both Gallagher brothers and is a perfect addition for the tour. Primarily seen on Liam Gallagher's solo tours, he has also shared the stage with Noel, according to insiders close to the band.
