Professional networking platform LinkedIn has launched a new AI-powered job search tool that allows users to search for jobs in natural language. The feature was first launched in the US and is now being made available globally, including in India. The feature will be available only to LinkedIn Premium users.

Now finding a job will be easier.

LinkedIn said in a press release that this new tool allows users to search for jobs in "simple language". For example, a beginner software engineer can write, "Hybrid or remote job of full-stack developer in Bengaluru" and this tool will show all such suitable jobs.

Why was this AI tool introduced?

According to a survey conducted by LinkedIn, 60% of Bengaluru professionals have difficulty finding the right job title and industry even when they are open to a new job. The survey also revealed that remote work is an important measure of career progress for professionals. Finding a job that matches their skills and ambitions. To solve this problem, LinkedIn has developed an AI-based search feature, which gives accurate results by understanding the whole sentence instead of keywords.
