Delhi Govt School 11th Admission 2025: After the declaration of class 10th results by the Central Board of Secondary Education, the race for non-plan admission in class 11th in government schools is going to start. This online admission process will run in three phases. Under the first phase, the online registration process is starting from noon today (May 27) which will run till 5 pm on June 9. Online registration can be done on the Directorate of Education website (www.edudel.nic.in). The second phase of admission will start from July 1 and will run till July 10. While the third phase process will run from August 1 to 11.

Guidelines issued for non-plan admission

According to the rules of the Directorate of Education, students who have passed the 10th examination from government and government-aided schools cannot register for it. They will have to contact their school for admission. Under the non-plan, such children of Delhi can take admission who want to come to government school from private school. On Monday, the Directorate of Education issued guidelines for these non-plan admissions. Along with this, the admission schedule and criteria have also been released.

The first allotted list will be released on June 19

After the completion of the first phase process, the list of schools allotted to the registered students will be released on June 19. After that, the documents of the students will be verified from June 20 to 30. Under the second phase, the list of schools allotted to the registered children will be released on July 21. The documents of the students will be verified from July 22 to 31. So that there is no confusion, the list for the third phase will be released on August 20 and the documents will be verified from August 21 to 30. The Directorate has clarified that SC-ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), Kashmiri migrants, and those who get first, second, and third place in national games will be given a five percent discount in admission. Instructions have been given to prepare for this.

Criteria for admission also released

55% marks are required for admission in the science stream with mathematics in class XI. Also, 50-50% marks are mandatory in English, Mathematics and Science. 55% marks are also required for taking the science stream without mathematics. Apart from this, 50% marks are required in English, 40% in Mathematics Standard, 45% in Mathematics Basic and 50% in Science. If a student is interested in taking mathematics with the commerce stream, then he must pass with 50%. This time this requirement has been reduced.

Till last year, it was mandatory to pass with 55% marks. Whereas 45-45% marks are required in English, and Social Science and 50% marks in Standard Mathematics or Basic Mathematics. The pass percentage should also be 50% for taking commerce without mathematics. Apart from this, 45-45 marks are required in English and Hindi and 45 in Social Science. For admission in Arts (Humanities), the student must pass 10th. If a student wants to study Economics along with Arts, then 45% marks are required. To study Mathematics along with Arts, one must have 50% marks in Mathematics.
