Sarkari Naukri: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to give a big gift to the youth of the state. The CM has recently given instructions to fill the vacant posts as soon as possible in the meeting of the AYUSH department. After this, the department started the process of recruitment for a total of 4,350 vacant posts in Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathic Departments. Some of these posts will be filled through promotion, direct recruitment, accounting, and finance cadre PSS cadre. At the same time, requisition has been sent for some posts.

State Principal Secretary AYUSH Ranjan Kumar said that CM Yogi in the meeting directed to start the recruitment process for vacant posts on a priority basis to make AYUSH medical services more effective. He gave clear instructions that there should be adequate human resources to strengthen traditional medical practices. Recruitment will be done for important posts like Director, Deputy Director, Lecturer, Professor, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Matron, and Reader in the AYUSH department.

How many posts will be recruited in total?

A total of 7,233 posts are approved in Ayurveda Medical Services. Out of which 3,025 posts are vacant. Similarly, out of a total of 462 approved posts in Unani Medical Services, 161 are vacant. Whereas, out of 3,818 approved posts in Homeopathy Medical Services, 1,164 are vacant.

On which major posts will recruitment be done?

In the AYUSH department, recruitment will be done for posts like Professor, Lecturer, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Chief Pharmacist, Pharmacist, Matron, Reader, Deputy Director, Assistant Drug Controller, Principal, Deputy Medical Officer, and Spokesperson.
