Garlic:

It would be better to eat garlic during rainy days. Because the properties of garlic protect the body from infectious diseases. To prevent ear or throat infection, crush garlic buds and place it above the ear. After applying these petals, it should be taken care of that they do not go to the ear. If you have a cold cough, then roast garlic buds in ghee and eat. This will remove all the dirt in the body and get rid of infectious diseases. Apart from this, prepare garlic and tomato soup to reduce infections in the body.

Turmeric:

Turmeric rich in medicinal properties is effective against many diseases. It also has many Ayurvedic properties. The antiseptic properties found in turmeric prevent viruses from growing in the body. Therefore, turmeric milk should be consumed in all other seasons including rain. You can also drink turmeric water on an empty stomach in the morning. Turmeric is very effective in providing permanent relief from cold and cough.

Drink turmeric tea to reduce sore throat. Heat water in a pan, add turmeric to it and mix. Then, when the water starts boiling in the pot, turn off the heat and filter the water. Then mix honey and lemon juice and consume it. This will reduce the sore throat and provide immediate relief.
