For entrepreneurs looking to establish businesses in Greater Noida, the Authority has rolled out a new scheme for industrial plots. A total of forty plots are available across various locations, with sizes ranging from 450 to 8000 square meters. The online application process will commence on Tuesday.
The allocation of these plots will occur through an electronic auction system. As per the Greater Noida Authority's OSD, NK Singh, this initiative marks the first time industrial land will be offered under the new industrial policy. Interested applicants must submit their applications by June 20th.
The plots are situated in Industrial Sectors Ecotech-1 to 11. This initiative is projected to draw significant investments, potentially amounting to thousands of crores, and is expected to create approximately 10,000 job opportunities. Notably, the larger plots of 8000 square meters will be auctioned electronically.
In a related development, Sameer Verma, the Inspector General of the Stamp and Registration Department, convened a meeting at the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday. During this session, he heard from representatives of Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna, and Bulandshahr regarding the registration of flats for allottees. He instructed the Assistant Inspector General of Registration and the Sub Registrar of Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr to aim for completion of their tasks by the 2025-26 timeline.
Special emphasis was placed on expediting the recovery of revenue collection by the ADM Finance and Revenue. Officers from the Stamp and Registration Department were directed to conduct thorough reviews of documents on-site. The meeting included key officials such as DM Manish Kumar Verma, ADM Finance and Revenue Atul Kumar, and various representatives from the development authorities.
