According to the information, the Immigration Minister has recently admitted that he sent the official mail to his personal Gmail account. New Zealand National Party MP and Minister Stanford was responding to this mistake in Parliament. Here he also commented on Indians, clarifying his mistake. Stanford said that she never opens emails coming from Indians, as she sees it like spam.

Stanford said, ‘I believe that in the case of Calvin Davis, I get a lot of unwanted emails seeking immigration from the people of India, which I never respond. I consider them like spam and therefore those emails remain like this. ‘ Many MPs, especially Indian -origin MP Priyanka Radhakrishnan, have expressed strong opposition to this statement.
